02/05/06 Supermercado and Metal Edge
Magazine Pick up the April issue of Metal Edge
Magazine and look on page 35 for the Supermercado full color half page ad.
The magazine hits the streets Feb. 8th.
Supermercado will also be performing live at
Tower Records on Clark Street in Chicago, Illinois Friday, March 10th, at 7pm. This is a
free show, all ages welcome!
The band will do a meet and greet after the
show so make sure to pick up your copy of “Scary Baby?while your there and
have the band sign it!
02/03/06 Gothic Industrial Nights Coming to
Chicago and Suburbs SGL Entertainment and Dark Star Records will be promoting a number of Gothic Industrial nights in 2006. Our first event featuring Project .44 will be held in Barrington, Illinois, and will include Drake’s official CD release party!
01/09/06 Dark Star Records to launch massive
digital music campaign Dark Star Records signed a new deal with
IODA and Synergy Distribution to launch a massive digital music promotional
campaign.
Dark Star Records artists are already
available through I-tunes, Napster, Rhapsody, E-music, and other downloadable
websites. Now with this new deal our artists music will be available to internet radio programers, podcasters,
blogers and DJ's. One of the companies included in
this deal distributes iPods pre-loaded with music to hundreds of hotels,
restaurants, spas, and various resorts for use as mini-jukeboxes, background
music, or as individual rental units to their guests. Some of our music will also be used as featured promotional tracks for
downloadable music service websites and much more! To give you a better idea

press Supermercado is getting a lot of positive reviews
from their new debut CD titled “Scary Baby?a good sign of things to come!

Keyboardist and singer “Drake?releases his 7 song debut album “Symphony
